Can I self-collect at your outlets?

Yes, Self-collect is available at :

SKP HQ – 28 Loyang Drive, SKP Industrial Building S508959
SKP Outlets – Please find dropdown list of outlets while making your online purchase and choose accordingly.

*Same day pickup is only available at SKP HQ if you make your order before 2:00pm.

I did not receive any order confirmation email upon ordering.

If you don’t see the order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Mark “orders@skp.com.sg” as “Not spam” and add this email address to your safe sender list.

Can I return my items?

Please note that goods sold are non-refundable. We will only exchange items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged.

What if my item was incorrect, damaged, faulty or missing?

We are sorry you have received a parcel with an incorrect, defective, or missing item! Please fill out the Enquiry/Contact Us Form. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days and assist you further.

Am I able to return an online purchase in-store at your retail outlets?

We currently do not allow online purchases to be returned in-store. All returns must be made back to our HQ.

What are your delivery charges?

For purchases $218 and above (including gst), delivery will be free.

For purchases below $218 there will be a flat rate of $10 delivery fee

While we endeavour to get your orders to reach you as timely as possible, please note that there may be slight delays due to the implementation of additional safety measures taken by us and our 3rd party delivery service provider. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
